We’ve loved all the beers Ghost Town has been putting out, especially their WC IPAs, so we combined processes and recipe styles to create a nice cohesion between the two breweries. Multiple domestic base malts along with a touch of wheat, whole cone Strata in the mash along with various types of Mosaic hop products hot side including cryo and incognito. Dry hopped two separate times with a combo of Mosaic cryo, Nectaron and Strata.
