	Institution Ale Co. - 2019 Spring Seasonal Style: American IPA ABV: 6.60% IBU: 60.0 For this year’s Spring Seasonal we brewed a single hop Mosaic IPA. As we transition to warmer weather and longer days, nothing beats a sessionable, fragrant IPA. Expect big aromas of raspberry, lemon zest and pine with medium bitterness.

	Institution Ale Co. - Bell Tower Style: India Pale Ale ABV: 7.80% IBU: 60.0 A big West Coast IPA that is bright, bitter and heavily hopped. Citra, Columbus and Simcoe create dank and resiny hop flavors with aromas of citrus and pine.

	Institution Ale Co. - Citra Shade Style: Wheat ABV: 4.60% Our newest series, “Shade” will feature single hop varietals in an easy-drinking dry hopped American wheat beer. First up, Citra hops - as the name implies, Citra is predominantly citrusy and tropical.

	Institution Ale Co. - Clarity Style: Golden Ale ABV: 4.70% An easy-drinking golden ale generously dry hopped with Mosaic, Nugget, and Warrior hops. Low bitterness and a clean finish make this our most approachable year round offering.

This beer uses one of our favorite hop combinations, Simcoe and Mosaic, along with specialty malts for a balanced malt character.

	Institution Ale Co - Pink Guava Day Dreaming Style: Golden Ale with Fruit ABV: 4.70% IBU: 15.0 Golden ale base beer, with added fruit (pink guava). Made with a mix of Mosaic, nugget and warrior hops. Expect this beer to be light and easy drinking, with fruity sweetness that's not overpowering.

	Institution Ale Co. - Restraint Style: Brown Ale ABV: 6.00% IBU: 30.0 Our brown ale balances toasted dark malts and American hops. Soft maple wood adds a woodsy dryness and slight maple sweetness.

	Institution Ale Co. - RX Pils Style: Pilsner ABV: 5.20% IBU: 25.0 A light and refreshing craft lager. Rx is crisp with mild sweetness and light bitterness from German Magnum and Hallertau hops. Meant to be extremely versatile and easy-drinking with delicate malt flavors and mild floral hop aroma.

	Institution Ale Co. - Scale The Walls Style: White IPA ABV: 7.60% IBU: 55.0 A ramped up version of our year-round White IPA, White Walls. Scale The Walls bumps up ABV to 7.6% and adds a touch of Pilsner malt to light the body and keep the beer super refreshing. Still primarily all Citra hops, Scale The Walls also includes a touch of Mosaic hops.

	Institution Ale Co. - State St. Pale Style: Pale Ale ABV: 5.80% IBU: 40.0 Have you heard the news? Our new tasting room on State St. in Santa Barbara is about to open! To celebrate, we brewed an easy drinking pale ale featuring Cascade, Simcoe and Citra hops. State St. is a super refreshing, grapefruit forward pale with mild bitterness.

	Institution Ale Co. - Welcome Home Outcasts Style: American IPA ABV: 7.40% IBU: 70.0 Welcome Home Outcasts is a rebrew of our 5th anniversary IPA brewed back in September. We loved this beer so much so decided it needed to make another appearance. W.H.O. is hopped with 5 different varietals - Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, Cascade and Columbus.
