Jackie O's - Chomolungma
Style: Brown Ale

This brown ale was brewed to commemorate the 2007 Lungevity Everest Expedition. The people of Tibet call Mt. Everest “Chomolungma,” and this exceptional ale carries on the spirit of the climb. Seven Malts, three hops, and 100 pounds of local wild flower honey give this ale an exceptional character. Baked muffins, dark fruit, bittersweet chocolate, rich honey and earthy subtle hops caress the palate.

Jackie O's - Close but Far
Style: New England IPA
ABV: 6.50%

Close But Far’s bright and boisterous hop character pairs perfectly with the warm evenings of early summer. Bright citrus and honeydew tones from carefully selected Citra, Centennial, and Simcoe are bolstered by berry and spruce tones from native North American Zappa hops. Ohio grown and malted oats lend a dry but fluffy mouthfeel to this prickly Hazy IPA.

Jackie O's - Java the Stout
Style: Coffee Stout
ABV: 6.50%

A caramel centered stout accentuated by Athens’ Own Dawn Chorus French Roast. We start from a stout with minimal roasted barley and an abundant amount of caramel malts (Special B, cara 8); this creates sweet flavors and mouth feel to boot! After fermentation the beer is cold conditioned on four pounds of course ground coffee beans for one week to add color and lots of roasted flavor.

	Jackie O's - Mystic Mama Style: American IPA ABV: 7.00% IBU: 80.0 Our West-coast inspired India pale ale offers lots of flavor and aroma without overpowering the senses. A complex blend of five hops lend a firm bitterness to the notes of grapefruit, tangerines, and pine needles. A big dry hop addition of Citra and Simcoe hops give Mystic Mama a nose to stand up to the flavor.

	Jackie O's - Razz Wheat Style: Wheat Ale ABV: 5.50% 40% white wheat and 60% malted two row create a nice subtle wheat ale. 420lbs of all natural raspberry puree is added during fermentation giving this beer a unique and playful personality. The rosy haze and sticky head embody a continuum of sour sweetness held together by a wheat back bone.

This beer was the first test batch and we wanted to create something that was very light, clean, crisp, and refreshing. Crafted with only 2-row barley, dextrose sugar, and saaz hops.

Jackie O's - Who Cooks For You
Style: New England Pale
ABV: 5.50%

Who Cooks For You is Jackie O’s first packaged hazy pale ale. Brewed and double dry hopped with over 3 lbs per barrel of both Cryo hop powder and hop pellets that were hand selected in Yakima, WA. This little number is full of bright aromas and flavors of mango, watermelon, and lemon. A subtle sweetness and soft bitterness will round out this fruit forward, low ABV creation. Named after the unmistakable Appalachian Barred Owl call, Who Cooks For You!
