Cut through the haze with Hoponius Union, a crisp and clear India Pale Lager hopped with Citra and Centennial. Our flagship hoppy lager is like a traditional IPA but with a twist – it’s fermented cold and aged for extended periods. A blend of harmonious American hops creates a huge tropical fruit and citrusy hop aroma. A dry finish accentuates the pleasant bitterness and hop profile.

Our brewers can develop interesting, complex, and flavorful beers by mixing traditional German lager brewing techniques such as decoction mashing and using Noble Hops with newer brewing techniques such as coolpooling.
