Style: Witbier

This easy-drinking beer is one of a kind. A light-bodied twist on a now classic craft style. The traditional coriander and orange peel were toned down to allow the unique Jarrylo hops to shine through a bit more. This allows for a complex sweet, fruitiness on the nose and flavor of the beer, with the dark wheat providing a smooth, roasty finish.

Kohola Brewery - Lahaina Haze
Style: New England IPA

Lahaina Haze is medium bodied ,juicy brew with flavors of citrus and pine from additions of Simcoe and Cascade hops. The hop flavors & aroma are balanced by a hefty malt backbone created by additions of Oats and Wheat into the mash. Kohola is located in the heart of historic Lahaina town, the former capital of the Hawaiian Kingdom.

Kohola Brewery - Lokahi Pilsner
Style: German Pilsner

Lokahi's crisp hop bitterness from Tettnang hops is accentuated by a moderate sulfate rich water profile, without the harshness of other water chemicals thanks to our RO filter and the beautiful MAUI water. This pale-yellow lager is conditioned for 6-8 weeks to give it a perfect flavor and aroma profile to compliment the beautiful island of Maui! Lokahi is the Hawaiian word for “in unity, harmony, and peace”.

Kohola Brewery - Mean Bean
Style: Coffee Stout
ABV: 6.40% IBU: 45.0

This Coffee Stout is dry-beaned with Maui Grown Coffee’s beautiful Red Catuai, medium roast and grown locally at Ka’anapali coffee estates. It gives a creamy, expresso flavor and aroma. It carries flavor notes of caramel, roasted chocolate, and coffee from the various malts. This beer carries “mean” coffee aromas and flavors. It pairs well with a traditional Loco Moco breakfast.

	Kohola Brewery - Mr. Ukulele Style: Belgian IPA ABV: 7.10% IBU: 57.0 Mr. Ukulele is a lighter, hoppier version of our Sweet Home Lahaina Tripel. The fermentation temperature allows the yeast to showcase true Belgian flavors and aromas of fruit and spice which mesh beautifully with the pear and banana aromas from the dry-hopped Jarrylo hops.

Kohola Brewery - Pineapple Blonde

Pineapple Blonde uses our base beer Lahaina Blonde which takes the name after our hometown of Lahaina, the capital of the former Hawaiian Kingdom. A blonde ale is an approachable, easy-drinking style, rounded, smooth, and simple. We dry hopped it with Cascade hops to give it a hint of floral, citrus, grapefruit flavor and aroma and infused it with Hawaiian Grown Pineapple to give it a hint of pineapple flavor. Super yummy on a hot Hawaiian day.

Kohola Brewery - Sweet Home Lahaina
Style: Belgian Tripel
ABV: 9.67% IBU: 75.0

First Year Anniversary Ale Tripels are bright yellow to gold in color, which is a shade or two darker than the average Pilsener. The yeast gives this hazy, straw colored beer a spicy nose with hints of Guava and Apricot. The beer is bright, clean and sweet without being cloying. The warm, malty, spice finish is “Like a Friendly Hug”.
