Festbier is a lighter version of a German lager served during Oktoberfest. Brewed in remembrance of the infamous days of Kewaunee’s Trout Festival. The beer uses a Briess’ base malt appropriately named for Kewaunee - Lighthouse® Munich Malt, which has a rich malty / slightly nut flavor. American noble hops finish off this lagered beer. Moderately malty, smooth, crisp, modest noble hop bitterness.
