Double IPA fermented with Belgian yeast. This is a delicious beer where old school yeast meets new world hops! A mild Belgian ale, the ester profile is intentionally restricted, showcasing the best attributes of citra hops. Floral/citrus aroma are dominant and compliment the Belgian yeast character.

Berliner Weisse kettle sour (lacto brevis) with Sauvignon Blanc grape juice in secondary fermentation and back blended with Pinot Noir grape juice. Fermented to 0 plato with the help of amylogucosidase. Gluten reduced through the use of clarity ferm.

Hazy IPAs are all the rage. Used a yeast strain isolated from a famous Vermont brewery to round out this soft, hazy pale ale. Hopped with nearly 50 lbs of juicy, citrusy Bravo, Amarillo, Belma, Centennial, Chinook, Citra, El Dorado and Mosaic hops in almost every part of the process we could think of...this is like grapefruit orange juice in a tulip glass.
