Little Fish Brewing Co. - Hop Crown IPA
Style: American IPA
ABV: 7.20% IBU: 70.0

Named for the “crown”, or main rootstock, of the hop plant, but also a nod to our friends at Fat Head’s’ ability to win medal upon medal for their hop-forward West coast IPA’s, Hop Crown IPA punches pretty heavy for an IPA brewed at our little farmhouse brewery. Hop Crown IPA was brewed with hand-selected Simcoe, Mosaic, and Krush hops in the boil, and hop-backed with fresh, never-dried Michigan Chinook from Top Hops. Then we hit it with more Simcoe, Mosaic, and Krush in the dry hop stage.

	Little Fish Brewing Co. - Karmanfest Style: Vienna Lager ABV: 5.70% IBU: 27.0 This Vienna lager was originally brewed by Homebrewer Eric Carman. It took Best In Show at the 2015 Ohio Brew Week Homebrew Competition, and we chose it as our “brewers choice” award. Eric brewed the first batch of Karmanfest with us, and it has remained a semi-regular brewery offering!

	Little Fish Brewing Co. - Stabby Cat Style: New England IPA ABV: 6.50% IBU: 45.0 Hazy IPA brewed with Ohio malts, Citra and Sabro hops, pineapple puree, de-seeded habeneros, and lactose. A portion of proceeds go to the Survivor Outreach Advocacy Program, a local organization that supports survivors of sexual assault and domestic abuse.

Little Fish Brewing Co. - Thunder Bunny
Style: Witbier
ABV: 5.50% IBU: 15.0

Belgian-style Witbier. We cribbed the name "Thunder Bunny" from a hiking trail in Athens, but the name seemed great for a soft beer that is certainly not weak in ABV. Thunder Bunny is brewed with Haus Malts Ohio 2-row barley and malted wheat, plus some flaked oats. In the kettle, it's hopped sparingly, and spiced with curacao orange peel, coriander, and chamomile. We ferment this beer with "Jovaru" farmhouse yeast from Omega Yeast, which provides light fruit notes and subtle spicy phenols.
