Lucky Envelope Brewing - Fresh Hop Strata IPA

ABV: 6.30%

Fresh off the bine, 200 lb of Strata hops harvested by Crosby Hops were hopback steeped into this batch of crisp West Coast IPA. Strata originated at Oregon State’s Aroma Hop Breeding Program and is known for layered juicy tropical fruit and dank cannabis flavors. Our pilsner malt bill keeps this beer light and dry allowing the focus to remain on the goodness coaxed from our massive wet hop whirlpool. This 2020 Fresh Hop IPA celebrates the essence of this once-a-year harvest event by using only wet Strata with no late additions of further processed hops.
