A non-traditional saison brewed with malts more typical of a porter. The darker malt results in a rich flavor profile with notes of roasted barley and plums complimented by hints of citrus and spice from our yeast. We finish the beer by lightly dry hopping with Northern Brewer and Columbus hops. The resulting liquid is a new take on a farmhouse ale.

We brewed this traditional English Ale for our Sales Overlord, Elonzo, because although he's in his late 20's, he's an old man at heart who loves to reminisce about the "good old days" when beer was beer! We used the finest Maris Otter malt and hops that the UK could provide which resulted in a golden hued ale with layers of malt flavor and subtle hop spice.

	Maplewood Brewing Co. - Willo Style: Wheat ABV: 4.50% Our Belgian-style wheat ale is brewed with barley, flaked wheat, malted wheat and to help with it's hazy appearance, unmalted wheat. We spice it with a blend of lemon & Curaçao orange peel and coriander then lightly hop it with Azacca and Amarillo to amplify the citrus character. It's light and complex and extremely refreshing.
