ABV: 6.80% IBU: 26.0

This beer was sheltered from an early age and spoiled rotten with every kind of hops it wanted (Citra, Mosaic, HBC - 431, Loral, and Bravo). It’s soft and sharp with no real world skills and the demeanor of a teenager who didn’t make it on to “My Super Sweet Sixteen”. Good Luck. Kinda hazy, medium bodied, fruity/spicy hop notes.

We made this beer for DVSAS (Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services) of Whatcom County, Skagit Valley Malting donated grain, and Darin Hamm (President of the Bellingham Homebrewers Guild) came in to help us make a delightful little Kolsch. Kolsch is a light clean style originally from Cologne, a perfect option for the dog days of summer. Enjoy!
