We kept this WC extra crispy with a minimalistic malt bill and a bright, spritzy carbonation. The nose is dank, diesel, and ripe tropical fruit. Those flavors continue on in the mouth with notes of white wine, lychee, pine, and grapefruit/citrus. It finishes with a dry sticky mouthfeel that begs for another sip.
