Imperial Snakebite is a collaboration blend with our friends @schillingcider for Washington Cider Week. Half of the blend is our barrel-aged imperial stout, Hourglass (w/o adjuncts), while the other half of the blend consists of Schilling’s imperial Heirloom Apple cider, Excelsior. Imperial Snakebite is unique with big notes of dark chocolate covered apples, oak and a bit of bourbon.
