Beekeeper Bock is a high gravity lager brewed in the traditional Bohemian style with Munich and caramel malts, which give it toasted caramel and biscuit flavors. We added 30 lbs. of Orange Blossom Honey at the end of the boil providing a sweet, smooth and crisp finish. But watch out, with an alcohol content of 8.1%, this Bock may sneak up and sting you!

Style: Bock
ABV: 9.00%

The Fandango is a traditional Bock made with Bohemian Pilsner Malt and a dash of Honey Malt and hopped with Mandarina Bavaria to add a little citrusy brightness. Then we barrel fermented and aged it cold in Chardonnay wine barrels for 3 months. The resulting brew has complex aromas of dark fruit and wood. The flavors are slightly sweet but balanced by a toasted breadiness and toffee.

	New Bohemia Brewing Co. - Festbier Style: Marzen ABV: 5.40% IBU: 23.0 It's Oktoberfest time and we gladly welcome it with our freshly tapped Festbier! A malty lager expressively rich in aroma and flavor from Munich malts, which gives it a nice amber color and brings out some caramel notes. Noble German Hallertau hops were used to balance out for a crisp and clean flavor.

This Kolsch was definitely not made in Cologne. We have created yet another American Craft Beer Phenomenon. It is certain to warm the soul with its smoothness and strength. Prost!!!

In collaboration with Sante Adairius, we brewed this with our traditional step infusion mashing technique to extract as much flavor from the grain to create a smooth base on which to add our hops. We used our house yeast, a unique Czech Strain from a brewery in Downtown Prague, and hopped it very simply with a small dose of New Zealand Cascade to create a clean and bright flavor that bursts from the glass.

This dry-hopped double pale ale is just what it's name implies. We left it unfiltered, so you get the full expression of flavors that result from interactions between yeast, pale malt and three varieties of hops, dry hopped with fresh Mosaic hops. Heavy on aroma and body, it still doesn't overwhelm the palette, but watch your intake!
