We've been big fans of local ice cream legends, Frosty Freez, since before we began brewing in 1999. It was a natural idea to collaborate with the family who owns it as the company has been serving Aquidneck Island families ice cream for over 50 years now. The Frosty Freez crew generously shared the crucial ingredient -- their vanilla soft serve blend-- while we dialed it up with some cocoa nibs from Ghanna. Our Frosty Stout is their famous Vanilla- Chocolate twist turned into a creamy, delicious stout.

	Newport Craft Brewing - Rhode Rage Style: Double IPA ABV: 8.50% IBU: 43.0 This Double IPA's unfiltered light body allows for maximum hop flavors. Features a blend of Mosaic and Citra hops. Notes of crackery malt combined with oats allow for drinkability and a rounder-mouth feel. Aroma features sweet notes of apricot and tangerine with subtle notes of stone fruits.

	Newport Craft Brewing - Rhode Trip Style: New England IPA ABV: 6.30% IBU: 26.0 This hazy, unfiltered IPA is bursting with juicy hop flavors! Your mouth waters from aromas of pineapple and tropical fruit, while the addition of Oats gives this beer a soft mouth-feel. Each time they brew this beer, they will choose a new hop to feature.

	Newport Craft Brewing - Watermelon Freez Style: Sour ABV: 4.10% Watermelon Freez is our second collaboration with Frosty Freez, and is a drinkable, refreshingly tart, German Berliner Weisse. Its light red hue and juicy watermelon notes remind us of backyard barbecues and summer picnics. Pairs well with vacation days.
