	NightJar Brewery - The Wild Hunt Lager Style: Vienna Lager ABV: 5.25% IBU: 19.0 Inspired by the traditional German Vienna Lagers, we used German malts and saaz hops with a 3 step mash to create a lager where each sip unfolds with smooth layers of toasted bread crust, delicate caramel, and a whisper of honeyed sweetness. The Saaz hops lend a subtle floral spice and a crisp, earthy finish.

	NightJar Brewery - Tides of Kanaloa Style: Wild Ale ABV: 5.50% This wild ale was conditioned over lemongrass, hibiscus and freshly toasted coconut. The lemongrass and hibiscus create a bold, bright, citrus tart character while the toasted coconut creates a subtle sweetness to cut the tartness creating a refreshing pacific inspired beer.
