ABV: 13.50%

This varietal is the Gold of the Highlands, both in its physical appearance and prestige. We left it unfiltered to truely express the character of the fruit, don't be afraid of the haze. Opulent fruit is at the forefront of the experience, as aromas of toasty oak dancing with stone fruits and pear fill your nose. A crisp minerality flows through the core and into the finish. Enjoy with smoked charcuterie, salmon or any seafood for that matter!

	Odonata Wines - 2015 Malbec Style: Malbec ABV: 13.20% The wine has very flashy aromatics, notes of citrus zest and pretty blueberry fruit. The mouth has a clean fresh feeling to it and a pleasent finish that leaves you thirsty for another sip. Very fruit driven wine that screams for food and enjoyment.

Odonata Wines - 2017 Chardonnay
Style: Chardonnay
ABV: 14.50%

This fruit comes from the Silacci Vineyard on River Road just north of the Santa Lucia HIghlands, Monterey, CA. Round with aromas of toasty oak, melding with pear sauteed in butter. Meyer lemon with a hint of its candied rind in the front of the experience followed by a round mineral mid-palate, finishing into a long, creamy, pleasant finish.

	Odonata Wines - Petite Sirah Style: Red Wine ABV: 14.10% The flavors in the wine are spicy, fruit driven and bright. Aromatically it pulls you into the glass with blue purple fruits, and sweet fennel. Very texturally pleasing wine made for a glass to sip or for pairing with heavier fair.
