	Otter Creek Brewing - Black IPA Style: India Pale Ale ABV: 6.00% IBU: 60.0 Dark in color and character, this unfiltered Black IPA exudes caramel and roasted notes while highlighting a bold hop bitterness and citrus aroma. Apollo, centennial, and citra hops intermingle with the deep complexities provided by copious amounts of caramel malts and de-husked roasted barley.

Otter Creek Brewing - Citra Mantra
Style: India Pale Lager
ABV: 5.75% IBU: 55.0

Our spring seasonal offering brewed with 100 percent positive vibrations and single-hopped with Citra hops. The presence of the Citra hop is elevated by a clean fermenting lager yeast that allows the subtle Pilsner, Munich and Vienna malts to lay a crisp, bready foundation. The citrus and tropical fruit character of the Citra hop comes from kettle additions followed by a huge dose of ‘em again in the fermenter.

Brewed on our pilot system with freshly pressed orange juice and clementine peels, this easy-drinking ale was aged on Madagascar vanilla beans to give a sweet orange creamsicle vibe. While the resulting beer might not tick the proverbial extreme box for many folks, one sip and you’ll be transported back to summer days scrounging for change in the couch cushions, hoping to catch the ice cream truck.

Otter Creek Brewing - Raspberry Sour
Style: Sour
ABV: 4.50% IBU: 10.0

Our Raspberry Sour is a bright, tart, and highly effervescent beer. The nose is full of ripe berries, and the flavor has a wonderful balance of refined fruitiness from the raspberries which are added during fermentation and refreshing acidity from our kettle souring process. The body is very light and almost dry to taste which comes from the high carbonation, acidity, and simple malt bill.
