Pals Brewing Company - Passion of the Kiwi
Style: Sour Fruited
ABV: 4.20% IBU: 5.0

This is is sessionable sour ale brewed with a trio of all-star fruits. The base beer is a traditional Berlinerweisse comprised of barley and wheat with extremely little hopping. Following the boil we add whole dried kiwi flesh, and then passion fruit and pink guava purree. Think of this as a pre-made low ABV summer friendly beer version of a white Sangria. Cheers!

I met the Schwinghammers in the taproom who suggested a great beer name. This authentic German Altbier was the perfect beer for it. Prost!
