Made with 250 gallons of Jonathan apples from 3 generations of quality grown fruit in Fruitland, Idaho. Apples were picked then pressed hours before introduced in the beer. The strategic additions of vanilla, cinnamon sticks and nutmeg provide savory and spice notes to balance the tartness. Fabulous and FRESH fall flavors.
