We are embarking on a new journey, we are blurring the lines of beer and craft cocktails. The first iteration is based on a classic cocktail called The Last Word. Using a medley of botanicals and spices we brought forth the herbaceous nature of Chartreuse and gin. Then, using maraschino cherry juice and lime we mimicked the brightness and complexity of the garnish. The dry, tart nature of this beer let the flavors shine.
