ABV: 7.20%

Fruity, tart, and moderately bitter, each of these aspects walks a fine balance with the others. Initial impressions of sour grapefruit give way to the hops’ contributions, with a retrained bitterness from the amarillo hash added during the whirlpool and softer citrus notes from the amarillo, hallertau blanc, and mosaic dry hop addition.

A full-bodied, smooth, and silky stout brewed with Riverbend Malt House’s Hull + Oats. Roasty, with hints of chocolate and coffee, Dissolved Memories pairs well with a wide range of foods, especially roasted vegetables, braised meats, and sweet desserts. A bit bigger than traditional oatmeal stouts, this beer remains easy to drink while offering a long, lingering finish.

Printshop Beer Co. - Hip 2 the Hop Feat Cascade
Style: Wheat
ABV: 5.50%

A wet-hopped pale wheat ale brewed with TN-grown malt and local cascade hops from Knox Hops. With 7 lbs per barrel of hops harvested a few hours before being added to the whirlpool, this single-hop beer showcases the flavors of cascade hops. A fresh, almost delicate aroma of grass, flowers, and spice gives way to citrus and tropical flavors. The restrained malt bill provides a slight sweetness while allowing the hops to shine.

	Printshop Beer Co. - Karmic Rap Sheet: DDH Sabro and Motueka Style: Hazy Pale Ale ABV: 5.70% IBU: 10.0 Karmic Rap Sheet packs a ton of hop flavor and aroma in an easy-drinking beer. Tropical fruits dominate, with coconut backed up by tangerine, lime, and peach. Very low in bitterness and drinks with a soft, smooth mouthfeel and subtle malt sweetness.
