Quest Brewing - Brokkr
Style: Coffee Stout

In Norse mythology, Brokkr is a dwarf who works with metal fragments, a blacksmith. In this collaboration with our friends at Fireforge Crafted Beer, we brewed this fine beer using lavender, honey, and coffee from Tampa’s Buddy Brew Coffee. Expect to start with a flowery, lavender aroma on the nose that gives way to chocolate and coffee notes on the finish. Forge ahead and enjoy this finely crafted ale as the weather starts to cool.

	Quest Brewing - Carolina Sour Apple Style: Belgian Blonde ABV: 7.00% This special sour was aged for 9 months in red wine barrels and then transferred onto fresh NC Granny Smith Apples that were juiced by our friends at kuka juice. The result is a slighly funky Belgian Blond Ale that is naturally carbonated in the bottle.

Style: India Pale Ale

This west coast style IPA is our tribute to Norse and their quests and adventures. ELLIDA was a legendary magic dragon ship also known as the first ship of the north. This Viking ale is brewed with loads of hops and balanced out with 5 varieties of malts. Local malt from Riverbend Malthouse is used to add to the flavor complexity. Greenville, SC

Quest Brewing - Golden Fleece
Style: Belgian Pale Ale

This beer is named after Jason and his band of Argonauts who set out on a quest for the fleece in order to place Jason rightfully on the throne of Thessaly. Golden Fleece BPA is an easy-drinking, refreshing beer yet has enough character to please the beer connoisseur. Local malt from Riverbend Malt House is used to add to the flavor complexity.

	Quest Brewing - Kaldi Style: Coffee Stout ABV: 8.00% IBU: 32.0 Kaldi was the Ethiopian goat-herder who discovered the coffee plant, according to popular legend. This stout is brewed with West End Coffee Company’s freshly-roasted beans and cacao nibs. The end result is a complex, smooth beer that will sure to intrigue the palette.

Kermesse is an annual Belgian harvest festival featuring dancing, feasting, carnivals, and celebrating the traditions of Autumn. Our Pumpkin Saison is brewed with Belgian malt, Golding hops, fresh pumpkin meat, pumpkin spices, and a French Saison yeast. Slightly funky and delicately spiced, this fall offering is a great way to welcome in the season of Autumn colors and mild weather.

Quest Brewing - Saluda
Style: Double IPA
ABV: 8.50% IBU: 120.0

Our Saluda “Wet Hop” Double IPA is brewed at the beginning of August each year. This year, we worked with Sticky Indian Hops in Candler, North Carolina, and used their Cascade and Chinook varieties that were freshly picked that day and delivered directly to our brew kettle. The result is a smooth, malty Double IPA with a pleasant bitterness and wonderful aromatics.

	Quest Brewing - Yuyum Style: Porter ABV: 6.50% IBU: 28.0 Our Yuyum Pecan Porter is brewed with toasted pecans in the mash and brown sugar and molasses are added during the boil to lend sweetness to balance the dryness of the pecans. We then add vanilla beans in secondary to bring all of the flavors together and produce a very dark, extremely smooth robust Pecan Porter.
