This formidable 8.8% Double IPA, was double dry-hopped with Idaho 7 and Mosaic hops, giving way to bright pineapple and tropical fruit notes, as well rich resinous pine aromas.

Ratio Beerworks - Darklands
Style: Dark Lager
ABV: 6.30% IBU: 45.0

When you need a beer that smooths out the volatile transitions of life, enter Darklands a dry-hopped dark lager, with notes of cocoa bean and dark toasted malt. While dark in complexion and exhibiting malt forward flavors, this lager is still easy drinking and helps us ease into cooler days. Darklands is dry hopped with Hallertauer Mittelfrüh hops giving it a German, noble hop aroma and a crisp clean finish.

Ratio Beerworks - Dear You
Style: Saison
ABV: 5.50% IBU: 25.0

Dear You is not a typical saison. The french yeast provides a drier and earthier flavor than sweeter and fruitier Belgian styles. Acidulated malt gives the beer a tartness while the white wheat provides a hazy and pale appearance. We use American Citra hops for both brewing and dry hopping to provide an aroma similar to a pale or india pale ale.

	Ratio Beerworks - Domestica Style: American Lager ABV: 4.90% IBU: 11.0 Domestica is inspired by the roots of American brewing and is a great introduction to craft beer. The crispness of the malt bill, low bitterness from the European style hops, and a slightly higher carbonation draws similarities to American Light Lagers.

Ratio Beerworks - Float On
Style: Hefeweizen
ABV: 5.10% IBU: 15.0

Float On Hefeweizen greets drinkers with classic esters of banana and clove and finishes with a lilting, effervescent mouthfeel. Additionally, our head brewer Jason, utilized research from South German techniques used to accentuate a bolder banana flavor profile. The result is a light, approachable 60% white wheat based Bavarian Hefeweizen.

Style: Witbier
ABV: 5.10% IBU: 16.0

Handwritten is our twist on a classic Belgian Wit with tea-cut orange peel and ground coriander. Familiar in flavor profile and ubiquitous enough for any occasion, Handwritten is a connector, a unifier, a true beer soulmate and companion. The Abbey yeast strain gives off more floral, fruit-forward notes than a classic wit yeast, but still rounds out with a recognizable, balanced, clean, crushable finish.

	Ratio Beerworks - Major Nights Style: Sour ABV: 5.00% IBU: 5.0 This mildly tart, mildly salty, traditional German-style wheat beer received a “dry hop” addition of nearly 400 hand zested limes. Major Nights is an explosion of unique savory flavors brought on by the use of coriander and red gold Hawaiian sea salt, as well as the bright refreshing tartness of fresh limes

Ratio Beerworks - New Wave
Style: Berliner Weissbier
ABV: 3.70% IBU: 5.0

New Wave is a kettle sour, strawberry berliner weisse aka patio perfection. Strawberries are the dominant note in this beer as they shine through creating a clean, clear, crisp and fruity aroma. New Wave is effervescent and light pink making it very attractive and elegant in the hand. On the palate it is tangy and tart with a clean finish.

Ratio Beerworks - Rented World
Style: Session IPA
ABV: 4.80% IBU: 41.0

For Rented World, we employed our highest volume of late aroma hops to date, with massive amounts of Citra and El Dorado. Measuring in at an approachable 4.8% and 41 IBUs, this easy-drinking session IPA is big on bright citrus and pine flavors, but a mere wrinkle on the harsh bitterness scale due to the limited use of bittering hops.

	Ratio Beerworks - Repeater Style: American Pale Ale ABV: 6.10% IBU: 50.0 Repeater is right in between a pale and an india pale ale. We use the slightly roastier Munich II malt which is found in many German beers, including Oktoberfests, to balance the hop additions and make for a more appealing option if you’re not into bitter IPAs or are looking for a bit more than a pale ale.

Each year’s fall harvest reminds us to celebrate the fruits of our labors, as well as those who lent a hand to bring these rich culinary yields to our tables. Crafted in celebration of Ratio’s first Harvest Week partnership, we produced a bright, illuminant, earthy, yet refreshing, Citrus Beet Saison. This beautiful naturally bright ruby hued Saison features a slight blend of tartness, yielding to sweetness from the citrus and coriander. It then finishes clean with a tinge of earthiness from the beets.

Style: Belgian Ale
ABV: 6.80% IBU: 20.0

A classic Belgian Dubbel style featuring 425 lbs of raspberries per batch. Tart, fruited accent brings out the naturally occurring malt forward sweetness found in traditional Belgian Dubbels. Showcasing a rich glowing amber hue, and prominent raspberry cocoa flavors, Silhouettes looks through the glass to reveal echoes of the someone we used to know.

This juicy IPA prominently features the use of Mosaic hops with a kiss of Citra rounded out with a velvety satin finish.

	Ratio Beerworks - Stay Gold Style: Oktoberfest ABV: 5.30% Stay Gold is our take on the classic Bavarian Marzen beer, thats toasty, malt-foward and extremely quenchable. Brewed with a blend of Pilsener, Munich, and Vienna malts to add a rich toasty backbone. Fermented with a German lager strain for a crisp and clean finish and easy drinking.
