Red Hare Brewing Co. - Berry Belgian Waffle
Style: Belgian Ale
ABV: 7.90% IBU: 12.0

With a rich dark amber color, this waffley sweet treat is neat! We began with copious amounts of Wheat, Victory Malt, Carabelge, and Belgian candied sugar to set up the malty waffle backbone, then played with an Abbey yeast to bring the taste of waffles and syrup together. Many residual sugars still reside as we move the almost finished beer onto over 2000 pounds of blueberries.

Brewed according to tradition with classic ingredients from Germany, the motherland of bier. Peach State Pale Ale is brewed with lots of wheat and a touch of honey malt. The honey malt is accompanied by an addition of lactose, that creates a creamy, slightly sweet mouth feel that is balanced by delicate addition of Loral hops. All that comes together once we add over eight pounds of peaches per barrel. When poured, it smells like home made peach ice cream, and it drinks like peach heaven.

Style: Shandy
ABV: 4.30%

Tangerine-flavored India Pale Radler. Along with 2-Row Barley and Specialty Malts, the beer uses Willamette, Cascade, Chinook, and Falconer’s Flight hops, finishing with an additional dry-hopping with Falconer’s Flight. The Tangerine SPF 5050 has 26 IBUs and is 4.2 percent ABV, making it the perfect beer for shooting the Hooch, barbequing on the porch, or flying on a magic carpet.

Fresh from the fields, a big strawberry nose hits you immediately on this sweet tart. Juicy fresh strawberries turn your pallet sweet, then go right into a puckering tartness form the soured sugary goodness. We threw some Saaz hops and Lactobacillus into the kettle to create just the right amount of aromatic juiciness and lactic acid tartness to blend magically with the strawberries.
