Made with pure water from the Great Lakes, Midwest two-row barley, Mexican lager yeast, and a touch of German hops before it's brewed low & slow, then mellowed in our tanks for four weeks. 	Revolution Brewing Company - Double Barrel V.S.O.D.M. Style: Barrel Aged Stout ABV: 14.00% Unblended sweet component Dark Mode Imperial Milk Stout aged two years, spending a year each in Wild Turkey Russel’s Reserve and Basil Hayden Toasted Oak Bourbon barrels. Malty sweet with equal measures of rich, chocolatey, maplely overtones, and oak-derived vanilla, coconut, and baking spice.

This dry-hopped spelt Saison was created in honor of labor activist and orator Lucy Gonzalez Parsons. It was created using a blend of classic saison and Jovaru Lithuanian Farmhouse yeasts. The unique grain bill features both malted spelt and triticale from Sugar Creek Malt in Indiana. All profits from this beer will go to support Connections for Abused Women and Their Children.
