	Schilling Beer Co. - Birra Portico Style: Pilsner ABV: 5.40% This delightful Pils pours a semi-cloudy light straw color with a white head. Intricate hop aromas of white grape and lemon mix with earthy grass notes. Lemongrass and floral hop character on the tongue is balanced by a lightly sweetened biscuit malt character. The finish is clean and smooth.

Schilling Beer Co. - Burkhart
Style: Bock
ABV: 7.00%

Burkhart is our interpretation of a strong German-style lager, a bockbier. This traditional style is characterized by a hearty and balanced malt profile and filled with notes of dark bread, toast and a kiss of toffee. Subtle hop bitterness balances the rich malts, and hints of roast and warmth are apparent. Lagered until beautifully round, this is a hearty beer for the late North Country fall.

	Schilling Beer Co. - Jakobus Style: German Pilsner ABV: 5.00% A style we greatly admire, the German Pils is a masterclass in balance. Utilizing a mix of Hallertau Mittelfruh and Saphir for that quintessential noble hop bent, Jakobus is supported by a cracker-like malt character. Light bitterness, lemon, and floral notes finish with a crisp, clean mouthfeel.

	Schilling Beer Co. - Modernism Style: Dark Lager ABV: 4.80% Modernism is inspired by the Czech black lager tradition. It features a deep complexity from the decoction process and a hop schedule typical of Bohemian beers. Notes of dark malts, bittersweet chocolate and caramel dominate. The finish is dry.

Named after a peninsula that splits Grand Traverse Bay in Northern Michigan, where we grew up--a land of vineyards, orchards and brilliant blue water.
