This decadent pastry stout highlights bold chocolate and espresso notes with a nutty almond character from the addition of local Maisie Janes almonds. It has a rich full body from lactose, 8 pounds of toasted cacao nibs and over 20 pounds of Ghirardelli Dutch cocoa powder. It contains Tiramisu flavoring as well. The flavor is that of a chocolate covered espresso bean.

This is a dark, rich, and substantial lager loaded with premium cacao, heaps of toasted coconut and devastatingly rare Madagascar vanilla beans. The result is a decadent chocolate-coconut bomb with subtle yet rounding vanilla qualities. On the palate it is silky smooth and full bodied without becoming exhausting and lends itself easily to enjoyment.

Brewed with all German ingredients and our friends over at Crooked Lane Brewing Company in Auburn. Designed to highlight the new class of German hops like Ariana and Mandarina Bavaria the aroma brings an intense citrus punch backed by spicy/herbal undertones and even a pop of bubblegum. On the palate the citrus becomes more apparant as notes of grapefruit, lime, and meyer lemon, parade on a bed of clean German pilsner.

Super hoppy and low in bitterness this IPA invites the uninitated into the realm of CITRA.

Style: American IPA

This mildly hazy IPA showcases double dry hopping with Huell Melon & Mosaic. The malt bill contains lots flaked grains, and the base malt is a Pale Ale malt, which gives this beer a light amber color and a slightly sweet and bready flavor. Moderate hop bitterness lingers making for a nice contrast to the malt flavors.

This juicy IPA is named for a downhill mountain biking trail in Upper Park known for its treacherous forays into untamed greenways and we wanted for its namesake beer to be no different. The aroma is wet with extra pulp orange juice, grapefruit zest and fresh cut pineapple. Brewed and dry-hopped with Mosaic, Idaho-7 and Ekuanot, this IPA boasts 4 lbs per barrel dry-hop ratio lending to its fresh-pressed quality and overall juicy vibes.

Style: Barleywine

In collaboration with our mates at British Bulldog Brewery we sought to blend the highly-hopped American style of barleywine with the malt-complexity of it's English predecessor. Deep-copper to amber with a light-tan head and thick legs this barleywine is rich in notes of brown sugar, toffee, and brandy. Drink slowly and allow the glass to warm as the days and nights do the opposite.

Nectar Weisse, Fruited Berliner Weisse To make this super refreshing sour wheat beer, we took our Berliner Weisse recipe and added Passionfruit, Blood Orange, and Pink Guava at the end to give it a fruity, juicy, and tart punch. This beer pours a golden orange color with a firm white head. The flavor is full of fresh wheat, citrus, and stone fruit and finishes tart and dry. At 3.6% ABV this beer is very quaffable.
