Seven Stills Brewery - Champagne Wishes
Style: Brut IPA
ABV: 8.00%

Champagne Wishes is the unofficial follow up to Caviar Dreams, but with the "training wheels" of Kim on the brew deck removed. Brewed in the style of a Brut DIPA while using all New Zealand hops, Champagne Wishes may be a nod to the Caviar, but it rips in its own ways. The unique hop bill gives a bouquet of ripe peaches, white grape juice, and fresh-squeezed OJ on the nose that makes it all that much harder not to dive right in

This time they're back, and we've brewed up a Pilsner! Dry hopped with all kinds of delicious Australian love, Chilly Bin is just what your customers need to bring in the summer heat.

Seven Stills Brewery - Cord Drawer
Style: Double IPA
ABV: 8.00% IBU: 20.0

Tight, white head. Tiny little bubbles. Completely opaque. It has a pale yellow hue, verging on orange in the middle. Reminiscent of a mango lassi. Big dank aromas on the nose! Tropical citrus, like pineapple and orange, but also hints of passionfruit and lychee. Big hop flavors, smooth full mouthfeel, and just a little hint of bitter to balance at the end.

Seven Stills Brewery - Eight Pounds
Style: American IPA
ABV: 7.20% IBU: 6.0

This 100% Mosaic DIPA was brewed with the intent of pushing those stone fruit, grapefruit peel, and just straight DANK notes that Mosaic brings to the table as over the top as possible. We opted for 100% Cryo-hops (essentially hop-keif) as opposed to traditional pellets so as to ensure this beer is overflowing with that sweet, sweet Mosaic-love.

Seven Stills Brewery - Gimlet
Style: Sour
ABV: 5.30%

Gimlet, our newest cocktail inspired kettle sour, is based off of the traditional Gin and Lime drink. In order to best execute these flavors, we added over a hundred pounds of cucumbers along with a drenching of lime and clobbering of dried juniper berries to try and best replicate its juicy and refreshing namesake. The juniper plays off perfectly with the lime and cucumber bringing you all the flavors you want on a hot day.

Seven Stills Brewery - Gose In A Shell
Style: Gose
ABV: 6.50%

Like a classic Gose, it has a bit of acidity, a hint of salt on the finish, and an excellent Apricot jam aroma that comes off supple and sweet with zero acetone notes on the edges. Like an American Gose though, we bumped up the ABV to 6.5 and made the acidity the first thing you get. We also left out the Coriander because... well we just did.

Seven Stills Brewery - Hazy Overnight
Style: Double IPA
ABV: 8.10% IBU: 9.0

The first big swing we took using the Norwegian Kveik yeast. On top of the Kveik... we hopped a minimal amount of classic west coast Centennial hops on the bittering and then a metric boat-load of all New Zealand hops (Wakatu, Rakau, Montueka) from Freestyle Hop Farms on the Dry Hopping, creating a straight-up fruit cocktail of an IPA.

Seven Stills Brewery - Knight Rye-Der
Style: Rye IPA
ABV: 7.20%

This release is far from an old-school throwback like its namesake. Instead, we're going in to undiscovered territory with this one, with a full dosage of Rye in the mash bill that adds not only malt spice and complexity, but works together with the sweetness of the heavy dry hopping to create a much more full balanced hazy than a lot of the stuff on the market these days.

Style: Schwarzbier
ABV: 4.30%

Made from a combo of German schwarzbiers and a few of our favorite American dark lagers recipes, Necromancer pours like black magic, but drinks like a clean crisp lager. Fresh toasty and roasty notes up front with a clean crisp finish on the back gives you all the flavors you're looking for from this style. Plus a smooth velvety mouth feel gives you all the drinkability you would look for in a lager, but all of the flavor you know that you crave from a darker beer.

Seven Stills Brewery - Purple Grain
Style: Stout
ABV: 11.20% IBU: 30.0

Brewed big, bold, and boozy with a triple mash (elongated boil time) of roasted malt and chocolate malt along with a few other rich and roasty grains, we then blended it in the fermenter with a healthy addition of Zinfandel Grape juice to add that sweet but tannic backbone you love from a good strong Red. The final result is like dark chocolate and red wine, fused together in liquid harmony.

	Seven Stills Brewery - Slo Flo Pils Style: Pilsner ABV: 5.50% Slo Flo is our Czech-style pilsner that is crisp, refreshing and creamy. We call this beer Slo Flo because it is meant to be poured AND enjoyed slowly. Slo Flo Pilsner is by far our most popular beer by volume consumed just because of its ridiculous drinkability.
