ABV: 6.00% IBU: 48.0

Nimble Series offering number two displays influence from the Nordic country of Norway. Our friends at Omega Yeast (Chicago, IL) provided us an aromatically intense Norwegian strain (Hornindal Kveik). Once on location, we encouraged Hornindal to play with a hop blend featuring Denali, Cascade and Chinook. What ensued is best categorized as a beauty of a fermentation party, subsequently landing on quite the liquid creation. Enjoy, and as always, stay nimble.

	Single Speed - Gable Style: Lager ABV: 5.00% IBU: 17.0 Gable. One word can say so much. In our city, few words, if any, resonate with the force Gable does. In commemoration of his Olympic triumph (Munich - 1972) we’ve crafted a beer much more approachable than adversaries found Dan to be on the mat. Clean, crisp and GOLD. We can’t think of a more fitting tribute.
