Soulcraft Brewing - Centi-Mental
Style: American IPA
ABV: 7.00% IBU: 90.0

Centi-Mental is a nod to the IPA’s of the late 90’s and early 2000’s. We use Cascade and Centennial hops to create a big citrus hop profile that is paired equally with a rich malt backbone. Unlike modern IPA’s Centi-Mental has plenty of early hop additions, creating solid bittering. Finish is semi-dry with lingering hop flavors.

Soulcraft Brewing - Coconut Milk Stout
Style: Milk Stout
ABV: 4.60% IBU: 22.0

Our coconut milk stout is brewed with the traditional addition of lactose, or milk sugar. This adds a subtle sweetness and creaminess to counter the heavy roast flavors from the darker malts. We hand toasted coconut and added it to the finished beer, creating an intense flavor and aroma of coconut and chocolate. Body is full with sweet, coconut finish.

Soulcraft Brewing - Ginger Snap Porter
Style: Porter
ABV: 4.60%

American style Brown Porter brewed with molasses, lactose and ginger. We brewed this Porter with crystal and chocolate rye, as well as rolled oats, flaked wheat and chocolate spelt. We added ground ginger in the mash as well as the fermenter, along with black strap molasses and vanilla bean. Body is full with subtle sweetness from molasses and an earthy ginger note that adds a little heat.

Soulcraft Brewing - Green Chile Ale
Style: Spiced Beer
ABV: 5.20% IBU: 24.0

Of the most coveted chiles are Pueblo Chiles. The Green Chile Ale captures all that you love about fresh roasted chilies. A deep, roasted aroma greets you and a wonderful chile flavor follows. Serrano chiles are added to create a bright flavor and heat. English hops provide light bitterness and floral notes that let the big chile flavor shine. Finish is crisp and slightly spicy.

	Soulcraft Brewing - Low Vis Style: American Pale Ale ABV: 6.00% Low Vis is hopped with a classic combo of Cascade, Citra and Simcoe hops, yielding an intense citrus and pine aroma and flavor. Dry hopped and “loosely” filtered, the hop oils remain with proteins to maintain a solid, but not overbearing haze. Finish is semi-dry, hoppy and refreshing.

Soulcraft Brewing - Pale Ale
Style: American Pale Ale
ABV: 6.00% IBU: 75.0

This Pale Ale is brewed in the tradition of beers that sustained some of the earliest world travelers on perilous ocean journeys. It’s brewed with ingredients from three continents, and utilizes brand new hop varieties. Hop flavors range from heavy pine to bright citrus. A simple malt composition contributes a beautiful golden color and clean drinkability. The finish is hoppy, and crisp.

Soulcraft Brewing - Pumpkin Chai Bock
Style: Bock
ABV: 7.50%

Collaboration with Florence Brewing Company. We brew this traditional Bock with real pumpkin in the mash. Hops are minimal to allow the chai spice in the whirlpool to shine. Our spice blend is ginger heavy and DOES NOT include nutmeg. Black, white and green peppercorns, cardamom and cinnamon round out the spices. We add wild flower honey from the Yampa Valley to give a hint of vanilla. Body is medium with a lingering spice finish.

	Soulcraft Brewing - X-Ray IPA Style: India Pale Ale ABV: 7.00% IBU: 84.0 X-Ray is an IPA that blends classic American hop varieties with new school American and Australian hops. Tight bitterness, huge citrus flavor and aroma are carried by American barley. The malt composition is light and accented by a small amount of caramel malt. X-Ray is medium bodied with a clean hop finish.
