Fresh hop beers (also referred to as wet hop) have traditionally been logistically painful to pull off as fresh, un-kilned hops have to be used within 24 hours of being picked. With this new product and YCH’s cryogenic processes, brewers are able to use a fresh hop product without the same constraints. Thanks Yakima Chief Hops!
