This double IPA has subtle hints of bitterness on the front end, but finishes out with notes of citrus, such as lime, lemon, and grapefruit; pine; and stone fruit. When everyone plays so well together, the flavors combine to create a beer that is dangerous and can sneak up on you, hence why we named it Maverick.
