We like to call this one Sunshine In a Glass … or Sunshine In Your Belly because it won’t stay in that glass long. Our Citra IPA is designed to be light and bright in both color and body. Your first sniff will elicit images of tropical fruit and citrus thanks to a healthy dose of Citra hops. Enjoy a pint of this and you might just find yourself gazing skyward, pondering how in the heck sunshine made its way into your glass.

	Stoup Brewing - Kolsch Lager Style: Kolsch ABV: 5.50% IBU: 26.0 This clean, crisp German style beer has a delicate malt sweetness from German 2-row Pilsner malt as well as subtle German hop character from Tettnanger hops. Refreshing with a dry finish. A perfect spring crusher.

	Stoup Brewing - Munich Dunkel Style: Dark Lager ABV: 5.10% IBU: 20.0 This beer is a dark chestnut in color with a slightly sweet but delicate nose and just a hint of hops. With no roasted character or bitter flavors, this perfectly balanced beer's signature feature is a distinct smoothness on the palate. This is our homage to the granddaddy of all dark lagers; the Munich Dunkel.

	Stoup Brewing - NW Red Ale Style: Red Ale ABV: 5.50% IBU: 40.0 Our Northwest Red ale provides a distinctly Northwest hop character balanced with a restrained malt sweetness. We use 2-Row along with Best Maltz Red X to create a rich red color and a smooth, satisfying taste. A hint of chocolate seals the deal.

Stoup Brewing - Pink Socks and Sandals
Style: Grisette
ABV: 4.90% IBU: 35.0

Brewed as a Pink Boots Society collaboration beer, we put our own NW spin on the grisette style. We dry hopped with the 2019 Pink Boots hop blend (Loral, Sabro, Glacier, Mosaic, Simcoe). We also fermented at high temperatures with a Norwegian Kveik yeast. The result is a sessionable, delicate beer with notes of stone fruit, citrus and tropical fruit.
