	Tablas Creek Vineyard - Marsanne 2021 Style: White Wine ABV: 12.00% A vibrant nose of lychee, wildflower honey, white tea, and lemongrass. The mouth is soft and lovely with flavors of white peach and honeydew melon, chamomile and Meyer lemon pith. The finish is clean and long, with fresh pear and clean straw notes, and a little pithy bite.

Tablas Creek Vineyard - Patelin de Tablas
Style: Red Wine Blend
ABV: 13.50%

A darkly fruity, Syrah-driven nose of black cherry, blackberry, pepper spice, meat drippings, and pipe tobacco, with a little sweet anise spice providing lift. The mouth shows a balance of fruitier and more savory notes, with cool, minty, cherry skin flavors and notes of pine forest and wood smoke that emerge with air. While the wine is delicious now, it has the substance and balance to age for up to a decade.

Tablas Creek Vineyard - Patelin De Tablas 2015
Style: Red Wine Blend
ABV: 14.20%

The 2015 Patelin de Tablas has a savory, dark, Syrah-driven nose of blackberries, crushed rock, menthol and saddle leather, with a little sweet lift like honey graham crackers. The mouth shows black cherry, loam, and pepper spice, with chalky tannins and flavors of cranberry and freshly turned earth that come out on the finish. Delicious now, but with the substance and balance to age for up to a decade.

The wine incorporates fruit from nine top Rhone vineyards in Paso Robles, each vineyard selected for its quality.

On the nose are spicy aromatics of nectarine, grapefruit pith, yellow roses, and petrichor. The mouth is bright with flavors of yellow peach and raspberry, with mouthwatering acidity giving focus to a long finish with flavors of lemon drop and salty minerality.

The mouth is bright with flavors of yellow peach and raspberry, with mouthwatering acidity giving focus to a long finish with flavors of lemon drop and salty minerality. Tablas Creek Vineyard - Red Grenache

ABV: 14.50%

A wild, brambly nose showing raspberry liqueur, potpourri, and a sweet, exotic Chinese five spice note. The mouth shows cassis and fresh cherry, lively acids, and a finish of wild strawberries with notes of sweet red licorice, minty eucalyptus, and star anise. If you prefer your reds crunchy and vibrant, don’t feel bad about opening it young. If you prefer to wait for more subtle flavors, drink any time in the next six-to-ten years.

Tablas Creek Vineyard - Vermentino 2019
Style: White Wine
ABV: 13.00%

A clean, lifted Vermentino nose of grapefruit peel, citrus leaf, green herbs and sea spray. The first impression in the mouth is of crisp citrus fruit, with Vermentino's characteristic vibrant acids building on to the finish, leaving a briny mineral note lingering on the long, zippy finish. Drink now and over the next few years.
