ABV: 10.00%

As always at To Ol we look to push our boundaries and find ways of balancing ingredients you classically wouldn’t find together, and this latest beer fits right into that category. We produced a 10% imperial stout, full of rich roasted dark malts, blended with fresh pressed coffee to further boost the rich roasted flavours, and then balanced it out with bright and zesty pineapple.

Style: Pilsner
ABV: 5.20% IBU: 50.0

This is the lager. This is the pilsner, the lager, the bottom fermented beer. This is the Captain on the deck, one of the lone lagers cruising on the ocean of ale. To Øl actually loves lager type beers, and sometimes lagers is missed out because of the many great ales present. So now was the time to stir things up and tell the people how you can do a super hoppy, well balanced pilsner type beer!

	To 0L - Snowball Saison Style: Saison ABV: 8.00% A SUPER sparkling crisp and dry Saison that has been refermented with milk acid bacterias and dry hopped over and over to give the beer a crisp and smooth tart finish (not to mention.... there is a lot of hops of course...) Have a nice winter!

Continuing our experimental “Sur” series of beers, we present to you a Single Hopped American Pale Ale, using Citra, with a soured mash to bring a tart, refreshing drink to your lips.

To 0L - Thornbjorn
Style: Fruit Beer
ABV: 9.00%

Close to 6 lbs. of hops per barrel and almost a full barrel of Pinot Grigio added in a 50 barrel batch. Hops are Citra, Mandarina Bavaria, Grungeist, and Cascade, all on Vintner's Harvest yeast. The result is something like an Abbey Tripel overlaid with a symphony of hops, the citrus elements of the Pinot Grigio melding seamlessly with the hop character.

	To 0L - Tropical Rumble Style: Session IPA ABV: 4.30% Garden of Eden finally got a sibling! A hoppy, fruity and most definitely a drinkable beer packed with Passion fruit, Peach and Mango. Heaps of fruity mosaic hops paired with the best fruits we could find.
