	Triple Crossing - Brighter Lights Style: Double IPA ABV: 8.00% Dry hopped with a serious amount of Citra and Galaxy, both of which we currently feel are the best lots of those varietals we’ve ever had in house, without question.⁣ ⁣ We taste even brighter impressions of passionfruit, peach, pulpy orange like tangelo, with a green mango citrus oil laden finish.

Triple Crossing - Citra Triangles
Style: American IPA
ABV: 6.00%

Hopped exclusively and heavily with fresh crop year Citra, this beer, is a full on expression of hop character usually derived from one cultivar. Utilizing Citra in the whirpool, and extensive dry hopping, we taste mango, sweet orange zest, soft melon, and delicate apricot. After just over a year without it, we couldn’t be happier to have this one back, and so should you.

Style: Double IPA
ABV: 8.00%

Our ever experimental and rotating DIPA Green Dreams, returns today. Hopped with serious amounts of Mosaic and Amarillo, and a few other experimental varietals. Brewed with our venerable house ale strain, we detect notes of green mango, sweet bright pink grapefruit, tangerine citrus zest, and soft candied peach and apricot.

Triple Crossing - Helles Chrome
Style: Helles Lager
ABV: 4.80%

Our Helles, brewed with a decidedly measured amount of restraint, and built for consumption returns today. Formulated from a single decocted grist of the most delicate Epiphany Pilsner malt, and cold conditioned for weeks on end, we find impressions of fresh Hawaiian style sweet honey bread, soft floral noble hop bitterness, and culminating in a moderately bitter cleansing, tight lager finish.

Style: American Pale Ale
ABV: 5.00%

Brewed with our base 2 Row, a touch of malted wheat, super clean Chico ale yeast, and a hop blend comprised of the most iconic varietals – Amarillo, Simcoe, and Centennial. Brewed intentionally with balance and drinkability at the forefront. We taste floral Hi-C like tangerines, lemon-lime, bright pulpy grapefruit, and all of the citrus rinds.

	Triple Crossing - Paranoid Style: American Pale Ale ABV: 5.00% The core of this beer remains the same, leaning heavily on a foundation of both the Citra hop varietal and Malted White Wheat. We taste pungent impressions of mango, sweet apricot, and floral grapefruit orange enveloped by an entirely manageable level of consumability.

Style: Double IPA
ABV: 8.00%

Our mainstay DIPA grist consisting of flaked wheat and oats, takes on serious amounts of both Vic Secret and El Dorado with a refreshed brand. The geraniol laden Vic Secret, paired with the ever impressively high total oil content of El Dorado, add up to impressions of tropical sweet dense pineapple, floral mango citrus, and our house ale’s cohesive binding tie of softer ripe apricot tones.

	Triple Crossing - Prism Style: American IPA ABV: 6.00% Our latest IPA offering comes by the way of multiple triangle variants condensed into the strongest natural shapes… Prism triangles was built on equal portions of Mosaic, Nelson, and El Dorado. Hopped as aggressively as our other triangles beers, this one delivers mango, citrus orange oil, melon and peach.

	Triple Crossing - Simcoe Triangles Style: American IPA ABV: 6.00% Always the same grist and always our house ale yeast culture. Through this self-induced restriction, we find Simcoe opening up with the bright pink grapefruit pulpy melon citrus, culminating into our considerably soft finish.

Triple Crossing - Tiny Pils
Style: German Pilsner
ABV: 3.80%

An all-time staff favorite, our little pils makes a swift return in cans and on draft. As if gorgeously pale lager couldn’t possibly get any more approachable or enjoyable, here it is. Easy on the ABV, but heavy on the heart, this one leans into the Saphir hop varietal. We notice white floral blossom, ciabatta bread, fresh cut grass, raw clover honey like malt depth, and a cleansing minerality. An absolute staple around these parts, this beer always feels like home.
