Trustworthy Brewing Co. - Brass Jar Hoppy Amber
Style: American Amber/Red
ABV: 8.00% IBU: 65.0

This bruiser of a beer clocks in at 8.0% and is radiant red in color. It comes out swinging with one fist tattooed with hops and the other with malt. First crack at this beer fills you nostrils with sweet sticky hops and a second hit comes with caramel, toffee and flan. That opening sip fills you mouth with dank earthy hops, pine sap and toffee. However, you soon realize that Brass Jar is nothing to be afraid of, it finishes dry and leaves a bit of lingering toffee and hop bitterness. Before you know it, this scary drinkable beer is reduced to a small bit of foam at the bottom of your glass. Goes well with sizzling meat on a plate, fajitas, roasted potatoes, “We are the Champions” -Queen, rock climbing and redwoods.

Style: Japanese Rice Lager
ABV: 4.70%

Gigil is a our take on the pilsner style and uses 20% Puffed Jasmine Rice as part of the grist. If that sounds like a lot of rice, you're right! It is! The beer is crystal clear, light straw in color and has a tight white foam. Aromas of saltine crackers, subtle tropical fruit from the rice and that crisp lager character invite you to your first sip. The beer is light on your palate and there is a high level of carbonation. .

Style: Oatmeal Stout
ABV: 5.30% IBU: 30.0

What Plane? is well done marshmallow, graham cracker and baking chocolate. You observe it’s intensely dark color and wonder what else this beer is hiding? A U2 spy plane perhaps? When you hold it to the light, the only thing you see is the tan lacing around your glass, ruby red highlights and beer as black most stealth aircraft. The flavors of the beer aren’t far from the aromas, dark sugar, crispy oatmeal cookies, baking chocolate and espresso.
