	Two Blokes Brewing - Apple of My Pie Style: Sour Fruited ABV: 6.00% IBU: 12.0 Fresh out of the oven, this Sour Ale is perfectly tart with a creamy mouthfeel. Lightly biscuity malt base blends with additions of lactose and vanilla beans for a smooth and toasty beer. Apple and cinnamon make up the "filling" for this beer - one glass and you will be craving homemade holiday treats!

Two Blokes Brewing - Bushfire
Style: Red Ale
ABV: 7.30% IBU: 31.0

This is a medium bodied amber beer with a smokey warmth from the chipotle peppers. Unlike some pepper flavored beers you may have tried, this one is subtle. There is a little heat that creeps in on the back end but it won’t wreck your palate. This is a perennial favorite for both craft beer aficionados and those new to craft beer. It was our most requested beer style, so we’ve made it available all year long.

Two Blokes Brewing - First Blood
Style: Hefeweizen
ABV: 5.30% IBU: 12.0

This refreshingly tart and crisp Bavarian style wheat ale has hints of banana, coriander and clove. In German the prefix “Hefe” means “with yeast”, hence the beer’s unfiltered and cloudy appearance. We’ve also added blood oranges in the fermenter which rounds out the beer with a subtle citrusy zest on the backend.

Two Blokes Brewing - Keep Calm and Saison
Style: Saison
ABV: 6.00% IBU: 26.0

Aged on Burgundy and Chardonnay barrels. This French farmhouse/saison ale is dry, fruity and peppery with a pale straw-colored haze and billowy head when poured. Saison (pronounced say-zohn) is French for “season”. This farmhouse style of beer was historically brewed in the winter months when temperatures were lower and more favorable for fermentation and then consumed by farmhands in the hot summer months.

	Two Blokes Brewing - Moustache Ryed Style: Black Rye IPA ABV: 7.30% IBU: 82.0 Black IPAs, also known as Cascadian Darks, are the new darling of the craft beer world. If you like hoppy beers, this is a nice alternative to a traditional IPA. We’ve added rye to the grain bill for added interest and it is hopped with Summit and Chinook.

This English-style pub ale is sessionable with a lower 5.1% ABV. Publicans are British pub owners who make sure your glass stays full. Perfect for those late night conversations about politics and the world at large, it will keep your mind sharp and your palate happy. It has a floral nose, the body is malty, but has a crisp finish. Hopped with East Kent Goldings and Fuggles.

This sour wheat is bright, tart and refreshing. Napoleon’s troops referred to Berliner Weisse as the “Champagne of the North” due to its lively and elegant character. Our representation of this classic German style wheat beer is kettle soured, and lightly hopped resulting in an acidic lemony tartness that is perfect for the summer heat. Two Blokes Brewing - The Bare Maximum
Style:
ABV: 7.20% IBU: 38.0

The Bare Maximum - A cold IPA is a crisp and drinkable IPA fermented at cold temperatures that features dry-hopping in primary fermentation and after fermentation is done. It’s a beer that walks the tight-rope between being hop-forward and crisp without being too much of either. Ours is gernerously hopped with Motueka, Citra, and Strata hops giving it notes of lime, strawberry, grapefruit, and pineapple.

This juicy New England style IPA is wicked awesome! It’s a nice alternative to West Coast IPAs. Dry hopped at the height of fermentation with tons of Citra and Amarillo, this beer is definitely hop forward but has almost no bitterness on the back end. It has a hazy orange color, and is full of tropical and citrus flavors and aromas.
