Traditional West Coast Imperial IPA with Simcoe, Centennial and Cascade. We take being a "craft" brewery seriously. To be "craft" means to be all grain, real hops, no malt/hop extracts. We feel this is a very appropriate name for an old school Imperial IPA. Too often we drink an IPA from another brewery and wonder...where have all the flowers gone?
