Open fermented amber saison brewed with Honduran coffee roasted by our friends at Junior's in NE Portland. The beer combines a complex ester profile with a range of flavors from the coffee, most notably a fresh hazelnut and floral character. The beer drinks easy up front and finishes with a pleasant dryness, never allowing the coffee to overpower the profile.
