Blueberry Sabbath is the second release in our Sabbath series of wild ales re-fermented with locally grown fruit. This batch features 400lbs of Wyckoff Farms blueberries for re-fermentation. This beer has been bottle conditioned for a higher level of carbonation so we highly recommend refrigerating the beer for 24-48 hours prior to opening. Expect a lively beer with a complex funky fruit flavor & bright acidity from wild yeast & souring bacteria.

Buzz is a new variety of low-protein, drought-resistant malting barley from the Montana State University barley breeding program that makes up the base of this West Coast IPA. It's grown in the PNW and we're looking forward to seeing it more commonly used for base malts. To bump up the hop flavor we've added HBC 586, Eldorado & Azacca for tropical beach party for your senses.

WET WOLF is here! This 5.4% hazy pale ale is infused with ripe, wet Sabro hops from Carpenter Ranches. We picked up early Sabro from Carpenters yesterday (8-26-21) morning & infused this batch for 12 hours for a very bold hop profile. Smells like a big green hop field, and tastes like melon, lemon soda. It's green, but that's the point.
