Our take on a traditional German-style Kölsch. German pilsner malt and a touch of malted wheat provide a base flavor of artisanal white crackers and a slight nuttiness. Single hopped with Lórien; which brings subtle, but bright notes of fresh melon and blooming wildflowers. Fermented with our house Kölsch yeast.
