You get two breweries together, one of them says “a pilsner but hoppy,” the other one says “make it look like a Back To The Future II reference that literally NO ONE under 35 understands,” and BOOM. Here we are. Anyway — Mt. Hood + Citra on the hot side, Citra Hyperboost for the dip hop (yes, that’s a real thing, don’t @ us), and a big dumb pile of Nectaron + Citra in the dry hop because subtlety is dead and fruit salad is the future.
