Widmer Brothers Brewing - Pineapple Upside Down Cake

ABV: 10.20% IBU: 75.0

Made from 2012 Old Embalmer featuring the Bravo hop. The Bravo Hops™ deliver tropical and citrus fruit notes along with subtle floral undertone. The malt provides subtle sweetness with a taste of toffee and darkened sweet caramel, lending backbone to the significant hop bitterness. A touch of specialty malts also gives the beer a dark crimson, almost mahogany color. This year we made a version aged on brown sugar, pineapple, and black cherry. We hope you enjoy our liquid version of a classic old school cake! Prost!
