Widowmaker Brewing - Dark Times
Style: Imperial Stout
ABV: 8.50%

We offer this to you as a tribute to some of the dark beers that got us into making beer. No lactose or anything else that would take away from the malt character we worked to achieve. DARK TIMES is an Imperial Stout, 8.5% ABV, brewed with a base of Maris Otter and layered with Golden Naked Oats and a blend of roasted malts. Upfront we’re getting big notes of dark chocolate, followed by a hit of coffee and caramel, with an almost maple syrup aroma and finish. EMBRACE THE DARK

Widowmaker Brewing - Deep Space Harvest
Style: New England Double IPA
ABV: 8.10%

DEEP SPACE HARVEST is a Double IPA brewed with a generous amount of naked oats and wheat and hopped with a ton of Idaho 7 on the brewhouse. In an effort to find a balance between dank, sticky, sappy pine and tropical fruit juice notes we double dry hopped this beer with a blend of CTZ, Citra, BRU-1, Strata, and El Dorado. The result is a beautiful hazy DIPA; reeking of tropical fruit and orange zest on the nose, with a blend of mango and pine on the taste.

Widowmaker Brewing - Dream Reaper
Style: IPA
ABV: 6.50%

Don’t sleep on DREAM REAPER at 6.5% this NEIPA will awaken all your hazy desires! Brewed with a blend of 2 Row, wheat and oats in the grist, as well as heavy handed amount of Citra in the whirlpool. From there we generously dry hopped this beer with another big addition of Citra and CTZ. Upon cracking the can we're getting notes of fresh squeezed orange juice and pungent pine on this one, with a creamy sweetness on the back end that will leave you in a dream-like state of consciousness.

Style: Double Hazy IPA

Nelson, Idaho-7 & Bru-1 are all on full display in this textured Double NEIPA with notes of ripe melon, pineapple, and hints of white grape and a sappy dankness. Brewed in collaboration with our buds from Miami UNSEEN CREATURES N.I.B was brewed with the intensions to really let the hops shine and create a full and lingering experience!

Widowmaker Brewing - Once Upon A Time In Massachusetts
Style: Italian Style Pilsner
ABV: 5.00%

ONCE UPON A TIME IN MASSACHUSETTS is an Italian Pilsner brewed in collaboration with our friends at @goodwordbrewing. We had the pleasure of ripping it up down in Georgia at their Little Beer Fest last year and since we are doing it again in a couple weeks we had to brew up something special. We left Good Word last year dreaming of lagers. Their Italian Pils was one of our favorites of the weekend, and when we talked with Todd about brewing one up here we were excited at the prospect. The care and attention Todd and his team give to their beers shows in every single pour and their hospitality is unmatched. We could yap all day about how great they are but let’s talk about this beer. We employed a decoction mash consisting of Eraclea pils, hopped with Saaz and dry hopped with Grungiest. Fermented cold, spunded and naturally carbed. Crisp, clean, some earthy notes, some stonefruit notes. We’re stoked on it, spread the Good Word and enjoy this one outdoors with some good friends.

Widowmaker Brewing - Riff City
Style: Lager
ABV: 4.20%

Our new year-round Lager Beer RIFF CITY was designed to showcase the high-quality ingredients we use to create our lagers. Brewed with a single malt imported from Germany and fermented cold and slow to ensure a smooth lager and accentuate the steeped noble hops. The German malt and lager yeast lend a biscuit-like aroma, mildly sweet yet crisp flavor, and the hops provide a light, floral, and subtle bitter bite culminating in an elevated yet simply delicious offering.

Widowmaker Brewing - Starhaven
Style: IPA
ABV: 6.00%

Brewed with 2 row, wheat, and malted oats. We hopped this beer with Citra & Mosaic throughout the boil, whirlpool, and dry hop. We made a few deviations in process in an effort to maximize the hop character, while maintaining a soft fluffy profile. We’re pretty stoked on the results. Pouring a bright yet opaque yellow, this beer is soft and pillowy, with huge notes of passionfruit, peach, melon, and as Brady, one of our brewers, has described this beer “Pineapple Brûlée". It’s a little dank in all the right ways, with a hint of sweetness.

Widowmaker Brewing - The Sunset's Trip
Style: New England IPA
ABV: 6.50%

THE SUNSET’S TRIP is our latest IPA, brewed with intention of being enjoyed and shared in these warm summer months to come. Shining over a base of 2 Row, Wheat, Naked Malted Oats we went with a 50/50 blend of two of our favorite hops, Mosaic and Topaz. Upon cracking the can you’ll be greeted with an aroma that reminds us of peach and orange sherbet. Starting with a soft mouthfeel, the dank Topaz hops build up a sweet resinous finish. Sunset to sunrise, savor the moment with us and enjoy the trip!
