Wilson's Orchard - Cherry Crush

Our cherry crush cider mixes the rich flavors of tart cherries with the mildly sweet background of hard apple cider. Just enough cherry to think summer, just enough hard apple cider to keep it interesting glass after glass.

	Wilson's Orchard - Goldmine Style: Cider ABV: 6.00% A combination of Wilson's Orchard Goldrush apple and several sweeter apples to produce a tasty yellow package. To that we added several sweeter apples to produce a full bodied cider with enough tang to keep it interesting and a hint of sweetness.

	Wilson's Orchard - Johnny Hoppleseed Style: Cider ABV: 6.00% This brand new cider is made from Jonathan, Gala, and Jonagold apples and is dry hopped with Citra hops. An aroma with a bouquet of green apple meets a tart palate which gives way to a short dry finish.

	Wilson's Orchard - Old Blue Style: Cider ABV: 4.50% Our orchard dog loves to fetch. Blue heeler and lab mix, he was pretty much born for it. This blueberry cider is also a bit of a mutt, as are so many of life's best things. Nice flavor and color from blueberries with snap and kick from fermented apples. Pretty fetching really.

	Wilson's Orchard - Peach Cider Style: Cider For those of us in the Midwest, peaches are as close as we get to locally grown tropical fruit. Being good midwesterners, we pair that tropical goodness with the king of our fruite, the magnificent apple. Sweet, juicy, sticky, floral - summer in a glass with a taste of fall.

Wilson's Orchard - Rose Gold
Style: Cider
ABV: 6.90%

When you end up with too many blackberries, what better to do than turn them into alcohol? Mixed with Aronia berries we crushed the whole fruit by hand, incorporated the berries into our fresh pressed apple cider, and fermented the blend of fruit and juices. The end result shows off the beautiful color and tannins from the berries while still packing a nice fruity punch.

In days gone by adventurous traders brought exotic spices like cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg back to europe, where they brought complexity and character to some rather bland cuisines. This brew celebrates those hardy souls by marrying mulling spices with a bright, tasty hard cider. Truly a marriage made in heaven - light, interesting and eminently drinkable.
