Blah Blah Blah IPA is a maltier, amber-colored take of the traditional IPA. We hopped this ale a bit differently than we normally do with most of the hops being added at different times very late in the boil for a full hop "jammy" flavor and bright aroma. We then dry-hopped it very agressively using five different hops including a newer experimental varietal to pack in flavors and aromas of pine, citrus, grapefruit and jam.

ABV: 6.70%     IBU: 55.0

We took Juicy Bits, their popular New England-style IPA, and dry hopped it with more than double the amount of Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado hops, bringing the total hop rate up to more than 6 lbs per barrel, the most we have ever used in a single IPA. Bursting with even more deliciously juicy hop flavor, DDH Juicy Bits is the perfect way to commence the GABF week festivities.

Trinity Brewing Co. - Chilly Water
Style: Baltic Porter
ABV: 8.50%     IBU: 0.0

Not a common style of beer by any means, in fact this style of Porter is a Bottom fermented lager rather than an ale. Keep in mind this beer is brewed by Trinity and any beer we do seems to have an added twist. The twist in this seasonal is a choice to age the beer on some rare Mexican wood known as Cauchalalate.
Aspen Brewing Company - Conundrum Red Ale
Style: Red Ale
ABV: 6.50%     IBU: 55.0

Conundrum walks the line between a malt-centric sweet ale and a hop-centric bitter ale so well, it’s tough to describe. Quite the conundrum indeed! This brew, like the gorgeous valley it is named after, is a local favorite.
Port Brewing Co. - Shark Attack

This is a classic West Coast-style imperial red ale brewed with medium crystal malts, centennial and cascade hops.
