The beer uses a Briess’ base malt appropriately named for Kewaunee - Lighthouse® Munich Malt, which has a rich malty / slightly nut flavor. American noble hops finish off this lagered beer. Moderately malty, smooth, crisp, modest noble hop bitterness.
