A portion of the proceeds from this beer goes to local non profits who support migrant farm workers. While on the lighter side, Bale Breaker’s newest seasonal beer is dry-hopped with two exciting new hop varieties. Ekuanot™ imparts the bright citrus hop notes, while the still-experimental hop variety, HBC344, provides a touch of tropical fruit character.

After the January 2018 release of The Ossifier bartel-aged IPA, our first collaboration with Jameson, they sent us more Irish whisky barrelsall the way from Middleton to play around with. Our next experiment: a red rye the color of a Yakima wildfire sunset. Aged in Jameson barrels for 1 month. Tasting notes: hoppy crème brûlée. Vanilla, citrus, pine, spice, hazelnut, licorice.
